DELTA DENTAL OF MINNESOTA NAMED A WINNER OF THE 2023 TOP WORKPLACES USA AWARD

MINNEAPOLIS (February 01, 2023) – Top Workplaces, the nation’s most credible employer recognition program, today announced that Delta Dental of Minnesota has won a 2023 Top Workplaces USA award.

Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, managed by Energage, LLC. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s two dozen research-based statements, including 15 “Culture Drivers” that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks and are considered critical to the success of any organization.
