Your Health

Medical: The company offers employees and their families two medical plans, a Traditional Deductible Plan and a High Deductible Health Plan featuring a Health Savings Account (HSA). The Company makes a contribution toward the employee HSA.

Dental: The Company offers employees and their families a dental plan provided by Delta Dental of Minnesota, utilizing two of the largest networks in the state, Delta Dental PPO™ and Delta Dental Premier® networks.

Vision: The Company offers employees and their families a vision plan providing access to a large network including independent and retail providers. Easy online access to purchase and save when buying glasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses.




Your Protection

Life Insurance

Eligible employees receive Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance that is equal to one time annual salary or $50,000, whichever is greater.

Supplemental Life Insurance

Eligible employees may elect additional employee life insurance coverage at affordable rates. Eligible employees may elect and purchase additional spouse and child(ren) life Insurance coverage.

Disability

The company provides Group Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage that provides financial protection at a percentage of weekly earnings in the event of a covered disability.

Group Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage is available after Short-Term Disability expires. The cost of the insurance is added to employees’ gross income so that benefits received are federally tax-free under current federal tax law.




Your Future

401(k)

The Company offers a 401(k) plan with a company-paid match of 100% up to the first 6% of the deferral. The company also offers an after tax Roth option.




Your Time

The Paid Time Off program allows employees to take time away from work for a variety of reasons. A few of the reasons include vacation, personal or family illness, medical or dental appointments, bereavement, severe weather, child care/elder care or personal business.

Holidays

The Company observes national holidays throughout the year. Holidays and days of remembrance generally include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Wellbeing

The Company annually reviews and may allow employees to take time away from work on pre-determined scheduled days for employee wellbeing throughout the year.
