Sign-in to the Member Portal
Delta Dental's Member Portal provides you with information including procedure details, deductibles and claim payment status. You can also order a new ID card and update your account information by visiting the Member Portal. Sign-in to access Delta Dental's Claim Inquiry which provides users with information including procedure details, amounts owed by you and paid for by Delta Dental, deductibles applied and claim status.

As a part of your dental plan, you have access to two network choices: Delta Dental PPO™ and Delta Dental Premier®. Delta Dental PPO provides you with the best discount value and a smaller network of providers and Delta Dental Premier provides you with a lesser discount value and a broader selection of providers.
